EcoCoat (Ecoc100) 2-in-1 product which means that it is a waterproofing and a paint. As a result of this you save time on application and the cost of hefty roof maintenance or roof replacements!

The product is rubberized and expands and contracts according to varying weather conditions. It is highly UV resistant which means that it retains its colour and doesn’t go brittle and crack.

Liquid Rubber Sealant is simply painted, rolled or sprayed onto the surface it's intended to coat, and then left to dry on a clean and dry surface. 

Liquid Rubber Sealant can be applied with a brush, broom, roller, or airless spray machine, and allowed time for it to dry into a seamless cover for your structure, with typical curing and drying requiring 2-3 hours period between coats (weather dependant).

Spreading Rate is 1 litre = 4m2 

Bonding liquid is not necessary, but advisable for better coverage spreading rate, and also will prepare the roof surface for improved adhesion properties.
