Men@WorX is chartering on toward the Overstrand region this November 2024 on a 23-day Scope of Work Schedule, starting off with cleaning and preparing the exterior house walls for crack repairs, damp-proofing, priming, and painting along with cementitious waterproofing method incorporating liquid rubber sealant on a flat roof, including pressure cleaning, scrapping the exterior wall surface down, priming, and painting to finish - also with electric fencing, replacement of barge boards (wind damage), and seamless gutter installation.
