Starting up from humble beginnings can be challenging at the best of times; but so worth the achievement!

The wise seek wisdom - On a personal note, not many know the story of the formation of Men@WorX which originated from a level of the heart, so to speak. 

Although being a woman in a male dominated industry there have been "bullets to bite", opinions and hard criticism but here we still are since 2021 rising from the ashes! 

From having all our business systems, data and infrastructure struck from us, and taken down by a malicious online 'attacker", or do we say a hacker!?! We have truly risen from the ashes!

Starting from wanting to assist trades people find work, to managing their projects on Bill of Materials to costing on products, to negotiating the best prices at wholesale or at least reseller prices, to incorporating SME business, and basic accounting systems to having the SME business owner fully functional, and equipped to handling their own infrastructure, and systems. 

We believe in uplifting, encouraging, and empowering the business owner in their trade. 

Another need we identified was that business owners particularly in the building trade, and industry had to source suitable, quality and variety of product to choose to the best solution to assist their clients. 

People don't care how much you know, until they know how much you care - is a motto, and principle that we have incorporated, to seek the best available solution to the contractor's, or clients needs at a fair price for both parties.

Bringing fairness back into the marketplace with "all these price war's" that sometimes leen on ethics been questioned.

As we build our network of trades people who can register with us nationwide, we advertise and market their skills, as to "showcase" their trade, and service offered to the general public.

We also are building up on our suppliers for distributorship of their products at wholesale, distributors' or resellers' pricing structure for the best choice in product supply both to contractor, and client alike.

We will be branching out into new territory, and venturing out into broader scope areas, and introduce Jano Nel in the West Coast who is the contractor in our network that we source work to, and offer quality product.

We have Joey & Marius Carstens in the Johannesburg area, who have been with Men@WorX since 2021, and can tell of the "bump in the road", and our climb back into victory!

We have Bruce Wood who joined us in 2023, Charnelle Bisschoff since 2021, and I - including a few more in the Western Cape area servicing and supplying product to our clients, contractor's and the general public.

Soon to announce Pretoria, Free State, and Durban areas branching out!

Please bear with us as we load new products on our website, and have our payment portal setup with payfast for E-Commerce again. Up until then we can only offer our buyers an EFT payment option generated via our online store. 

Please be assured that everything is automated on our systems for sufficiency and to deliver product door to door with The Courier Guy, Uber Connect, or the courier of the buyers choice. 

We do know that many are been scammed and that people are weary and somewhat hesitant to take the leap to purchase online, please feel free to purchase items into your cart, and checkout. 

You sill receive an automated email from our website to verify your order with us along with the business bank account details for payment of your items you checked out, as will we.

All you need do is have your payment made via EFT with your payment reference being you Name and Surname. 

On dispatching your product order you will receive a notification with your parcel waybill so that you can track your order (delivery is usual overnight, or 1-3 days).

The heart of the organization - governing and managing Regina also negotiates with suppliers, and lists new network members onto our system and infrastructure with her expertise in systems, financial and business management volunteering for Mercy Corporation International as a Financial and Business Mentor & Coach who has also facilitated adult workshops in fields of accounting, business and financial management also consulting in business to a few selected, and then assisting in outreach, and ministry, her personal calling.

Having a keen interest in the Home Improvement industry as a personal passion having built her own home in Amberfield Valley years ago.  She realised some contractors had taken her for a "fool" as she says, overcharging on a splash pool that went for R20 000 at the time, where she was charged R60.000 - that woke her up a bit, she says to clients not knowing the value of items, services and the likes.  A personal "eye opener" for her, she says, hence the act to seek fair price for product, and service to the benefit of the company, client, and contractor.

Also, not the client who pushes service providers, or contractor's - to rock bottom prices that most are left with NO profit margin, and having many run into losses, after having done a project for a client.  

As a high profile investor once taught me;  "bad business is no business at all" - a principle we apply, we seek win-win solutions.

Furthermore, having the personal passion and reward when a solution can be found for a client, contractor or general public is what drives her, she says - the satisfaction of that reward;  in having solved their problem!

We will be evolving our systems to incorporate an APP where network contractors can join for membership, and best prices on products, and also network with other contractors.  We are incorporating a "vent" section to the contractors platform as we know the industry can be extremely stressful, and politics do arise.

Bruce strengthens our scope with excellent Project Management skills and expertise from costing product and services along with being a qualified Carpenter himself negotiating best prices with suppliers, as well as a waterproofer, and renovator including building up kitchen and bedroom cupboards, and customized children bedrooms (wooden based products), and kitchen revamps to shopfitting.  

Bruce is an all-rounder which adds to the added benefits of having his wise counsel on clients, services, products, suppliers, and the managing of the company so that we "are steering in the right direction".

Bruce is a friendly gentleman with Irish descent so you'll love his accent, and his afrikaans speaking accent.  He is a keen, friendly, helpful member of management, and also "gets his hands dirty" on site with the workers.

Having a personal love for theology and His relationship and his servant heart toward God, and man worthy of note, and honour.

Bruce is the chain in our company who propels us with his energy, passion, vision and leadership qualities.

From the Johannesburg area we have Joey & Marius Carstens who come as a brilliant combined team both with skill, and strengths that add to the dynamic service received from them.

Joey is excellently sufficient in product sales, and office management alongside quoting clients, and placing orders with suppliers to staying up to date with quotes, and expected arrival of products placed on order along with following up with clients, and orders.

Marius is skilled and has mastered many skills in the building industry along with waterproofing with water-based liquid rubber sealant, damp-proofing and painting amongst other being high voltage electrical engineer.

Joey always has the connection, and Marius always know where, when and how to - great combination!

Close to everyone's heart and beat of the company's drum is always the Sales that are generated by the Sales people of any organisation.  

The entrepreneurial flair of the sales industry and its people who labour fiercely, sacrifice long hours, and many complaints contended unduly, or mouns from clients with giving no credit where credit is due, complement and give credit where credit is due.

Charnelle has been with Men@WorX from 2021 on the sideline digitally advertising for us on a consultant basis.  We have drawn her in closer as a Team Member with actively being involved in digitally advertising our services, and products.

Charnelle comes with a very strong background in the sales field, and retail sector offering service, and product.  She has always surprised many with her always reaching her sales targets, and excelling within months to promotions. She is a disciplined personality who "likes to be on time" - there is nothing worse for Charnelle to run, be late, or rushed.  Highly intelligent in her aptitude in grasping new systems, and products with a brilliant sales ratio.

Charnelle is our little treasure who we know will go from strength to strength - this time earning her reward with us at Men@WorX!  Deut 18:18

Our newest addition in networking with us for his services he offers, in and around Melkbosstrand, Bloubergstrand, Milnerton, and West Coast is Jano Nel, fresh off the airplane who flew in from Johannesburg been a keen rugby fan - let us not talk teams!

Jano comes into our Team with a variety of skills and experience in his field of expertise from his repair and maintenance skills and services he offers to clients incorporating : Mold Removal, Mold Prevention, Drywalling, Shopfitting, Office Renovation, and flooring installations and few more to mention!

Also a keen corporate Sales Manager in his prime shine time which ain't over yet!

Welcome Jano Nel! 

Exploring new terrain in Namibia we have Gavin Bisschoff who has been with Men@WorX since 2021 initially servicing the Port Elizabeth area (Eastern Cape) with Liquid Rubber Sealant waterproofing, and home renovations to our clients.

Gavin also comes with a variety of expertise in the refrigeration repair and maintenance industry, along with servicing of air-conditioning units, electrical maintenance, appliance repairs, and home maintenance.

With his strength in costing projects to executing the work as well as keeping good customer relations, Gavin is a brilliant young and dynamic member of our Team at Men@WorX.
